Before sterilization, medical devices need to be packaged in a layer of breathable and sterile barrier packaging, which is the primary packaging (sterile barrier system), such as paper-plastic bags. For medical devices made of biodegradable materials, since water vapor affects their performance, it is even more necessary to continue to provide dry packaging space during the product life cycle.

      Therefore, for products that are sterile and require continuous dry packaging space (e.g., biodegradable medical devices), protective packaging is required after sterilization,which is single packaging, that is, the primary packaging is contained inside it with protective packaging. The single package is usually a sealed moisture-proof package, such as aluminum-plastic bags. At the same time in order to further absorb the moisture on the product and keep the product space for a dry environment, will be placed in a single package desiccant. This form of packaging requires at least two layers of bags, that is, a protective single package to accommodate the primary packaging of two layers of packaging. It can ensure that the second cavity and the first cavity with which the second cavity can be breathable and wet are always in a dry state. Finally, the product is taken from the lower end of the first cavity, so that the desiccant will not fall into the operating plate, greatly improving the safety and hygiene of the surgical operation.
